Garden retreat

This bespoke garden room is our latest creation, transforming an underutilized part of the garden into a stunning, functional space for all-year use. To achieve this, we excavated over 20 tonnes of earth and removed more than 10 tonnes of concrete, carefully lowering the structure to accommodate the garden’s natural slope. A large soakaway was installed to improve drainage, and the building was securely positioned on ground screws, ensuring stability while keeping it elevated—ideal for areas with a high water table.

Clad in beautiful, durable Siberian larch, this eco-friendly retreat blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Inside, it features an in-built toilet and sink for complete convenience, making it perfect for work, relaxation, or entertaining. Large bi-folding doors flood the space with natural light and provide a seamless connection to the outdoors, leading onto a stylish, low-maintenance composite decking area—ideal for enjoying the garden in all seasons.
