However, to help you plan your budget, our typical supply and fit pricing ranges between £1,200 – £1,800 per square metre.

✅ Size & Layout – Larger spaces naturally require more materials and labour. The complexity of the layout can also affect pricing.

✅ Usage & Strength Requirements – A garden office and a home gym may look similar, but their build requirements are different. For example, a gym room needs reinforced flooring to support heavy equipment.

✅ Additional Features – Adding plumbing for a toilet, shower, or kitchenette will increase costs due to the extra work involved.

✅ Materials & Finishes – We offer a range of material choices to suit different styles and budgets, from standard finishes to premium options.

✅ Eco-Friendly Considerations – We prioritise sustainability where possible. Instead of traditional concrete foundations, we use ground screws, which are more environmentally friendly and quicker to install.

✅ Site Conditions – If groundwork, drainage, or access modifications are required, this may affect pricing.
